I can connect to internet but not to Xbox Live

Oh, forgot to mention that when I do the test xbox live connection I can connect to internet, but not Xbox live.

I want to add that I can connect to the internet just fine, no speed issues and even in my connection tests on the Xbox say that I can connect to the internet just not live

i SoRrOw i, can you try connecting again and let us know if the problem persists? Also, I did want to jump in and note that Syria is not a LIVE supported region which means you may encounter difficulties. Just a good thing to keep in mind going forward.

Thats exactly as taidara said and as I said it says on that website to me everything is up and running so it must keep fixing and maintaining other than that check out this link for more information on connection troubles

all facing the problem of error 0x80a40019 managed to solve my problem with this error by manually setting a new dns. It has to be a different dns that the console is attempting to connect.
