I can connect to internet but not to Xbox Live

Since one month ago, I was trying to connect to Xbox One but it didn't work at all. When I did the internet connection test it apeared that everything was good, but even with that, there was no way to connect to Xbox Live. What can I do?

today i wanted to play xbox 360 i didnt open it for 2 weeks then that messege appeared when i tested my connection

Try to sign out and sign in again. If that doesnt works remove your account from the console and download it again

 

Thank you. This just happened to me. I moved a month ago and am just now getting my second xbox up and running. It would not connect me to xbox live even though I was connected to the Internet and it tested fine. I had this xbox setup to auto log me in.
Once I signed out and back in, it asked me to put in my password again. I'm guessing because I hadn't used it in so long. Maybe the same thing happened to you.

I need help. I cannot connect to internet nor do i can add an account. Always get the error 0x8040019. I tried all the steps like powering off the console for 10 seconds and all but still the problem persists. Sometimes i do get the message "Everything is
Good" but still i can't add the account. At other times i get the message "your network is good but there are some xbox service issues". What to do. Please help me.

Thank you M3tal Daz3. I wonder when does it get resolved. I also lost all my saved games in my attempt to rectify this problem.

 

I had the same problem also all I did was restart my Xbox then sign out and sign back in and it worked

 

I've been having the same issue as well. This was discussed in another thread, but an Xbox staff member locked the thread. Not sure if Xbox are aware of this issue or if they're doing anything about it.

 

Im just getting this problem today it says i'm connected to the internet but if i hit connect to Xbox live it doesn't do anything

 

Hey, guys! As M3tal Daz3 has stated in here, please sign out of your profile manually and then sign back in. That will resolve you. If not, the best way to get assistance here on our forums is by creating a new detailed thread for the community to answer.

Signing out from your profile and signing back in normally resolved this issue but If not, remove your profile from your console. Once you removed it, restart your console and when your console restarted, re-add your profile. 200% of doing it, should start
to work.

 

all facing the problem of error 0x80a40019 managed to solve my problem with this error by manually setting a new dns. It has to be a different dns that the console is attempting to connect.

 

This thread has to do something with the error in connecting to Xbox Live even if the result in testing network and multiplayer connection are all good. DNS thingy would persist if you really couldn't connect to your network. You really have to set it up
as Automatic for the system to automatically detect your DNS
