I can connect to 2k servers.

I recently just got my account back from it being hacked. I tried to play 2k but the error popped. Then it says connect, so i tried to connect and it failed to connect. Its been doing this for a week now. How can i fix it.

hey my friend was having the some issue and he uninstall it reinstall it started working for him again you can try that to see if it works for you i hope it works for you

Mine won't even connect to 2k servers

It connected to the 2k servers without it being 1500 a couple of times on the Wi-Fi but when I had to cut my xbox one off and come back to play it wouldn't let me connect to the servers without the cable. But once I plug the cable in it connects me to the
2k servers. Do I need a new modem because it wont let me connect to the server but it says Im connected to live and it let's me access every live feature besides the online multiplayer and connecting to the server in 2k14. Is there a specific thing needed
for the wifi to be able to connect to the server

I thought all the saves were synced to the cloud?

Unfortunately, your character I believe is not a cloud save. I believe it has something to do with the 2K servers. The reason I say this, is if you are connect to Xbox Live but not the 2K Game server, your character is no longer there. So I believe you have
removed your character from the 2K server. Much like Division, when you create a character and delete it, it will not be in your cloud save files. The only thing I can suggest is exactly what XBF Amber M stated. Your only luck is to contact 2K Support, although
I am not sure they can help. Best of luck!
