I can barely see anything on my friends profile

One of my friends on Xbox is always on, but lately, it's been saying "Offline" and nothing else. One day when he went off it went to "Offline last saw 1 second ago Home". And a few seconds later it went to "Offline"
and nothing else. And when I go to his profile it says I'm following him when we are friends. Before it went to just the word "Offline" I checked his profile to see what game he was playing, and I saw it switch to just the word "Offline". I hit "B" because
I thought it was a glitch and when I got back in there it still said he was "Offline". And I caught something out of the corner of my eye, it said he had 0 friends. And the weird part is when I went over to his social it said "This person has not posted anything
yet", but he had the social before that happened. And also I can't see his Game Clips nor his achievements. And he told me he never deleted anything from his account. When I compare his achievements to mine every game says 0Ⓖ, Yet he has over 8,000 Gamerpoints.
When I go to his Captures it says "This person has not shared any captures". Please help!

Auto recorded game clips not showing up?

Me too. Clips are showing up on xbox console and smartglass but not on xbox.com. I can only see achievements. My friend is having same issue. I can see my friends videos by going on their profile page, but I can't see videos on my page. Other users also
can see my videos by going to my profile in their friends list.

 

Game history set to Blocked also Blocking my Profile Sharing.

So I decided to change my Privacy settings today and have my game History set to blocked and my online status set to friends only (So people can not stalk me), as well as have Profile Sharing (Decide whether other people can see my Profile as in other people
can view my motto, name, location and bio) set to everyone so everyone can see it. But it seems like after i did this nobody can see what I have on my profile, not even my friends can see it, I know this because I have another account that is friends with
this account that I signed in to and viewed my profile and there is nothing, then after I changed my game history to friends only instead of blocked on this account it then showed what I have on my profile, why is this?My current Privacy settings are as following

Blocked -

Friends List/Video and Music Status

Friends Only -

Online Status/Game Activity

Allowed -

Everything Else Allowed including Profile Sharing.

To narrow this down a bit, is this the only profile that you're seeing this issue with? Any other friends profiles coming up with zero Gamerscore or content?

Just in case, Let's try briefly
removing your profile power cycle, then redownload your profile again.

Are you still not seeing any content on your friends account after performing those steps?

Yes, he is the only profile and on my brothers Xbox it does the same thing, 0 friends, no achievements for his profile, etc.

Yes, I did the steps, but I did notice something weird. The other day I went to his profile on the (Desktop) Xbox App and his activity feed came up for just a second and then went to this person hasn't posted anything yet, and it did the same thing on the
Xbox SmartGlass. And if he blocked me he would have disappeared off my friend's list. And also I did notice when I unfriended him and refriended him it didn't say "unfriend". And after that he's just been appearing and reappearing as time goes on... so I don't
think he blocked me.

Also sorry it took me a long time to respond I was experimenting with the Xbox, and I wasn't messing with any of the settings either I was just checking some things on it.
