I can access COD BO Cold War on a regular Xbox One that is designated as the "home" Xbox,...

So I have been having a problem getting Black Ops Cold War to get past the "Checking Files" part before the main menu on my Xbox One X. It doesn't seem to be recognizing me as the owner of the game. I can access the game on another regular Xbox One that
is designated as my "Home" Xbox for family use. On that one as soon as I hit "A" to "Check Files" and log in to the Activision servers, it recognizes my account and immediately goes to the menu. I was able to go on to multiplayer on that regular Xbox One "home"
designated Xbox and get all of my purchase benefits of the Ultimate that I paid for. The only thing I didn't do was actually play a round of online multiplayer after my BattlePass updated with the purchased tiers. When I redownloaded the game, yet for the
4th time on my One X, I still was not able to get past the checking files and it gives me the "Negative 345 Blazing Gator" error and then asks if I want to play offline. Even when I select to play offline, it then comes up with a cannot find lobby
error. I have cleared the cache numerous times (unplugging the console and plugging it back in after a couple of minutes). I have deleted/ cleared my save files and the game file save locations, in which the game redownloads those during the "Checking Files"
portion during game startup. I have done "Full Shutdowns" with and without unplugging the console.

Should I try to play a couple of rounds in the online lobby or 2 on the regular "home" assigned Xbox and then try again to access the game on my One X?

The only other thing I can come up with after the fact that I can actually access this game on a regular "Home" assigned Xbox, but not on my Xbox One X is the fact that Xbox itself assigned ownership of the game to a different email that I have and only use
with Microsoft and never as an Xbox Gamertag. I'm afraid to check this by logging on to my Xbox with that email account because the game may get permanently assigned to that email and I only use this one Gamertag of on any and all gaming. I
know that this seems long and drawn out, but I wanted to try and give as much detail as possible.
