    I called a kid a p**** and I've been banned for 5 days from online. Like I did wrong but I can't even play with my friends. I just wanna play with my friends....

    So I bought my kids a movie

    Yea I should of just went to beat buy and buy the movie but my 2 and 4 ur old really wanted to watch their dragon movie... And still haven't been able to and i still can't load the movie for them I'd really really like a refund for a product I or my children
    who spent the night in tears and upset cause the movie I promised to them if the were behaved all day is unable to play thank u Xbox for making me look like a mean dad so gimme a refund cause I'm going to go buy the real DVD since u can't get your service
    up and running

    Split Screen Multiplayer Online Question

    Both of my kids have the Xbox Live subscription. They have tried to Play COD WaW and Ghost at the same time. They both want to play against everyone else online, on the same console (split screen I think is what it is called). We have not been able to figure
    out how to do it. Any help would be appreciated. I know nothing about games so I am at a lost and cant help my kids enjoy their Christmas gifts!!!

    I've never heard of it until now... sounds cool.--As long as it is, cool. I have no cell phone. The mobile app games are the only thing I haven't really been able to tap into. It would be great to get a box to finally be able to do that. Or a cell phone.
    You kids don't even call em that anymore, do you? Smartphopne? Tablet???

    I have had the same problem for over a week. I have called support and it has been escalated to the advocacy team. So far a further 3 telephone calls and an online chat, to chase progress but there isn't any. I just have to wait for the advocacy team to
    contact me!!! They haven't and I can't contact them directly. It is appalling if they are telling people they don't know of this problem. They certainly do!! And it is also annoying how they keep changing the Xbox Live status to working, when child accounts
    from the UK can't be accessed. Well it is now Xmas day and my kids Christmas has been dampened by the lack of a fix, so thanks Microsoft, for failing to find a fix, to what you broke after rolling out the last update. This problem is all over the forums in
    various forms and it is appalling that there hasn't been a formal statement from Microsoft acknowledging that they have caused the issue. It is a right mess and I feel sorry for all the kids and parents who have to bear the brunt of their kids not being able
    to play online with their friends and new games!!! Mine are certainly upset. Rant over!!!
