i buyed rainbow six siege but it is not the game that i wanted it just looks like the game i wanted but now i spended my money on rainbow can i get my money beck i just played it for an hour or something

Sorry to hear you bought the wrong game. If you go online to Microsoft and go to the payments and billing section on your account you will see your order history and from there be able to get help for the specific order.

Microsoft Account page, and then click on Payments & Billing > Order History, find the purchase in the list, and click on "Get order help" . That page will have details on how to get in touch with the billing department based on your request to request
a refund. Please note that not all purchases are eligible for a refund, and it might not be granted for your request.

Sorry for the issue with purchasing the wrong game. You can try the
refund request form. When you fill out the form give it 72 hours for a reply. If they reply with a denial then reply to the email that stated was denied for an appeal.

Hi, you need to contact the xbox support via chat or website.

They can cancel the purchase to purchase the correct one.

You can request a refund for the game you incorrectly purchased. There are certain guidelines that have to be met for them to approve the refund.
