So i bought a 3 months live gold mempership code. I redeemed the code. they even gave a Tom Clancy weapon skin but i can't play online divisions because it tells me that my profile doesn't have the permission to acces this feature. what the **** should i
do. The code is a brazilian one. could that be the problem..?

Bought Xbox Gold and I still can't play online

my Xbox Gold has Recently expired. So I went and bought 3 months of it. Redeemed my code and still can't play online or join party's. I am able to download Xbox gold free games but still can't play online at all or any other Xbox live feature

I got a new xbox one s yesterday and i redeemed the 3 month live gold code. today i want to play CODWW2 multiplayer and i get this error message. what can i do, my account says i have gold membership, but i still can't play the game?????

Sorry you are having issues. Try removing your profile from the console and performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload
the profile and log in to test.
