    First of all iam not so good in english.

    Yesterday i buy Fifa 15 for my son on xbox 360

    Xboxe store.

    But after trying i realise the language is only french, english and dutch.

    Can the support team pleas change

    my fifa 15 to fifa 16 ?

    Its the same Price but german.

    Is that posible ?

    Sorry to hear you bought the wrong game. If you go online to Microsoft and go to the payments and billing section on your account you will see your order history and from there be able to get help for the specific order.

    Sorry for the issue with purchasing the wrong game. You can try the
    refund request form    . When you fill out the form give it 72 hours for a reply. If they reply with a denial then reply to the email that stated was denied for an appeal.

    You can request a refund for the game you incorrectly purchased. There are certain guidelines that have to be met for them to approve the refund.
