i buy the season pass more than 14 days and the refund is possible?

You played more than 2 hours

Is not possible to get a refund in that case. Sorry

You can try disputing the charges with your bank, but keep in mind that doing that has consequences

If the game was bought within the last 14 days and was not played more than maximum 2 hours it should be possible to get a refund.
