    Error when trying to buy a 1 month Gold Membership

    Okay, whenever I try to but a 1 Month Gold Membership I get the following message:

    Xbox LIVE Marketplace

    Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.

    Please try again later.

    Status code: 80190864

    I tried to buy one yesterday and I got the same error, can someone please help?

    Cant Retrieve info from Xbox LIVE??

    My credit card just expired and I updated today. But whenever I try to by a membership I get error code: 80190864 I have tried pretty much everything to fix it. But I always get an error code and "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again
    later" Status code: 80190864, also I noticed it changes every time I try to buy gold membership.

    Its the second time already I am buying live gold, receieve the letter that I receive the status gold and at once receive the another notice that I have canceled the status.

    I took one month trial version of xbox live gold 2 weeks ago on xbox site.But i dont have it since that time!On microsoct site i have got it , but on xbox.com its nothing

    I cant play online games on my xbox one, it writes that i need to buy this gold membership!

    Maybe you can do something with it?Maybe restarting of my gold?

    I dont know what to do!

    Hello, please write the status code that your getting. This "Can't retrieve information from XBOX LIVE" is a generic error. We will need the actual status code that starts with an 8.
