    Please don't post codes on the forums whether they are valid or not. These are public so anyone can take them.

    Sometimes a code will say it's invalid if there is a region issue. You may want to contact support for assistance with the code.

    If you want a refund on the code, you would have to try contacting the retailer you purchased it from.

    I've removed the code, but I wanted to pass along this information, because it might help. A , E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, 5 are not valid characters for prepaid tokens. So make sure to double check the code and try again. If you're still having issues, you'll
    need to speak with the chat/phone team like Smwutches mentioned.

    It is either because your console is region based, or they sold you invalid codes. Sorry if they sold you invalid codes. I would recommend buying gold legitimately and see if it works
