Have you tried a power cycle on your console?

Sometimes, people purchase Gold but their Xbox console doesn't see it yet. A power cycle helps "refresh" the console to see the update on your account status.

No, I can't. I signed up and ı have xbox game pass but it still says that ı should buy it for 16 dollars.

probably by buying a gold membership and play multiplayer. i suppose you could work on commendations...but if you aren't gold and can't play online, why worry about rank at all?
