I buy games, get a monthly statement, but never accrue points, in over 4 years! please help.

Several years ago (when I lived in the UK), I signed up for your Xbox rewards program, which obviously gives points for whatever purchases you make monthly. The thing is, since moving to the US and migrating my Xbox account to a US account, months come
and go and I never ever accrue any points. Literally nil. I buy games often via Xbox live, but every statement I get each month, the points never go up. It is like I am in the rewards program, but not?

I don't get any point and as you will see via my history that I have bought plenty of games, and renewed subscriptions several times in the last few years. But, literally today I get an email from Microsoft saying thanks for buying an Xbox one X, and that
I have accrued some points?

So my question is, what has happened to all these lost points, over 4/5 years or so. Can I get these reimbursed collectively? Because I must have made enough to get another 12 months free live or whatever. At least? Perhaps when I migrated my Xbox account
from UK to US, it impeded the rewards or kicked me off the program or something, although I was always getting monthly statements, but with 0 points added, even after buying stuff. Really strange! If you can look into this that would be great.

In rewards program but purchases never show in program

I'm in rewards program and have been a long time but my monthly statement for rewards never shows the purchases I have made. Please advise how I can get these added.

Why are the points I am accumulating in Microsoft Jigsaw marked as minus, ex. - 8000 Each time I accrue more points they become a minus and cannot be used to get more puzzles. Help please

 

When you migrated your account region, did you opt out of the program and reregister? If not, the program would still be looking for your purchases to be made in the UK not US.

When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region
will not also change your Rewards Account region. Since only purchases in your Rewards' regional currency are eligible for Rewards, your USD purchases for your GBR Rewards account were not eligible.

The instructions on migrating your Rewards account are listed in the FAQ:

What if I move to another country or change my region?



Rewards Credits are converted to the currency associated with your original country of enrollment. Any Rewards Credits already deposited are yours to keep, but changing your region will result in us being unable to deposit any Pending Credits that convert
to your new region's currency.


Not to worry, though! If you would like to continue participating in Xbox Live Rewards, simply opt out of the program and then sign back up again. Your account will start fresh and you'll start earning Rewards
Credits that will convert to your new currency. So, if you're planning on moving, be sure to request your Rewards Credits deposit early before you change your region.



While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any currently pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
