i buy from g2a.com and the code was used after that i contact with the seller asking for refund or anything and he asked me when the code reedemd and he say go to xbox support and i didnt know ho to do anything can anyone help me ??

As you purchased the code from a third-party seller you will have to work with the seller for a refund. No one in the forums will have any information as to when a code was redeemed. For that you will need to request a callback from Support by going to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

You would have to contact G2A.com's customer support for assistance in getting a new code. There's no way for you to find out when it was used.

Thanks for the reply, I purchased the code from G2A.com everything was fine.

Until Wednesday 12 April then suddenly cancelled, have emailed G2a to see if they can shed some light on the problem.
