I buy an Xbox live gold for 3 months that include 1000 v-bucks that never arrived

ChiefJoboo is correct regarding the Vbucks however that does not explain why your 3 month subscription has not been processed

Sorry you have had this unfortunate issue. Contacting customer support may be to your advantage. If you have any sort of screenshots proving you have paid for the 3 month and your V Bucks that you did not receive. I would call customer support and state
to them that you are willing to send them the payment proof and they should be able to either refund you or at least give you what you paid for.

Bank Statements/Paper Statements or Screenshots from an internet banking app should be sufficient proof along with the details of how you paid for your order either through bank transaction, PayPal or even western union in some cases.

I believe the code for 1000 vbucks comes in a xbox message or email to you after about a week after purchase.

Others could confirm this as I've seen this problem a couple times before.
