One XBL account on two xbox issues

I currently have my XBL account on an xbox one that I don't have anymore that an old gf has which I don't see anymore. It's still active and in use which I'm not to worried about but I want to go get another xbox one and activate my account and obviously
make sure she doesn't have access to it anymore. What should I do so my account is only being used on the new xbox I buy

beathda website

when go to beathda website and go to community section then i sign in . then i wanted to look for my massage when i find my massage want to edit it when try to edit my massage at the bottom of the page i see tags . when i try to tag my massage it cut me
out I have talked to mirossoft about this problem they say its a beathda website problem this problem only happen on my xbox one i not sure other gemers have this problem

Hi, do you still have your old xbox one?. if you do unmake that one home xbox then make your new xbox one your home xbox.

if not you might need official to reset your home xbox.
