I buy a game in the store and now i have problems!!

Is the version of fifa 14 digital or Hard copy...

Digital: It has a region lock on it.. meaning you cant download it in your region even though you have your Xbox set up in a different region...

Disc: They have two formats for disc NTSC or PAL for the Xbox 360, make sure the disc has the right region...

Your country is not officially supported by Xbox LIVE (Uruguay) which would mean that you would not be eligible to download the region locked FIFA 14 title. Unfortunately, there's nothing you would be able to do to be able to download this game properly. The
error code you received means that you have a region conflict. You're in a country/region other than the one where the game can be officially purchased/downloaded.

The only way you'll be able to properly download this game is if you take the Xbox 360 console to the United States and download it there, no way around that, sorry.

I been having same problem. I been buying stuff last week and such, and now cant buy or rent anything from the store. Says cant connect to store when everything is running fine. I have stuff i want to purchase, but this problem is preventing it. Please fix

Same problem. I bought it on pre-order and now I see that I didn't buy it in the store. There was no problem while playing this game last night, now it gives an error while entering the game. I don't understand how this can happen in just a few hours!
