i buy a game but is not in the downloads history

i got gta san andreas but it say that i need to buy it again. when i go to purchase history the game there but not in the downloads history

I can't redownload my purchase. Help?

So a few months ago I downloaded Saints Row 2 full game via xbox live marketplace with 1600msp. I beat the game and then deleted it because it was taking up space in my HDD. So yesterday, I felt like playing it again, but I can't. It's not in my download
history, and if I go to the marketplace, it asks me to repay 20$. I also downloaded a add on, and that's on my download history, but if I go to the marketplace it does not show the download again option, it asks me to buy it again. All my other games that
I downloaded are in my download history, but Saints Row 2 is not. So is there anyway to fix this?

 

I Suggested to you to call the Xbox Customer Support line, maybe it is a problem with the License on your console. If you are in the US/Canada, you have to call at 1-800-469-9269.

 

To add to Gauthier002's suggestion, I would ask if you are sure that you purchased it with the account that you are currently trying to access it with? If you have another account, you may want to check the purchase history of that account.

 

yes im sure, it even took the money from my account.

 

Definitely contact phone support for further assistance with this. It sounds like a billing issue that only they can assist with.
