the seller told me this

Quantum Break!!!! Windows 10 code

Hey i have purchased Quantum Break XBOX ONE CD Key and i have Redeem the code, but i haven't got any Windows 10 code? So what do i do to get the Windows 10 code!? There is no Windows 10 cd code to buy anywhere and they say that i will get a Windows 10 code!

Borderlands 2: Halloween Shift Codes

These codes do not get entered under " redeem code" on the Xbox dashboard. They get put in while you are playing the game. You go to the main menu -> extras -> shift codes. And enter them there. Hope this helps.

Sorry you're running into a problem with the redeem codes. May I know what game you got a code for, as Xbox does not have "CD keys", only redeem codes for content. If you for example got a game such as Forza Horizon 3, it will automatically be added to your
account once you redeem the code so you can access it on the Windows 10 Store without needing to buy it again. Found in "My library" in the Store. I would recommend that you contact Xbox Support so they can take a look at your account and determine if the
redeem code has already been added to your account. You may chat with them anytime here: Xbox Support

Hey there! So just to be clear, you bought Halo 4 and it came with 14 days of free Xbox Live Gold. And when you enter the code it tells you that it has already been redeemed?

Where did you buy your copy of the game? Have you tried contacting the store to tell them that your code is saying it has already been used?

Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed

I also purchased a $50 Xbox gift card and when I tried to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. I've tried the troubleshooting method and contacting the store I purchased it from via email and I have yet to get a solution. I'm "glad" someone else is having this issue.

I’ve already checked and yes it went to the right account and its the right version. She even redeemed the code. This issue is that when she opens the Microsoft Store App it says she doesn’t have the game. She tried to re-enter the code and it said it
had already been used.
