    I brought gold recently from game, But now xbox says I have no gold


    basically, I brought xbox gold for 12 months on the 22nd from game, my original gold membership just ran out, it's seemed to have cancelled both? Idk, but yeah, When I try to re-enter my original code, it says already used ( I used it ) So what do I do...

    I just recently renewed my xbox live gold and it says I have it but when I try to download deus ex human revolution xbox 360 game with gold it says I have to join now to claim???? Why I don't understand??? I have xbox gold....

    Xbox live gold features aren't working

    I recently brought a 3 month xbox live gold membership last month and as of last night some of my gold features have stopped working such as multiplayer and parties. Everytime I try it just sends me to a purchasing screen for gold. My account still says
    I have a gold subscription that renews in may and I still have access to the free games.

    We definitely brought the xbox live gold in july for a year and now it has expired i have not ugraded to ultimate game pass nor did i sign up for the ultimate... On my Xbox account its saying its the ultimate pass which has expired which we never brought
    we brought the xbox live gold 12months.?? Whats happened to the original pass we brought and what to do next?

    We definitely didn't buy ultimate game pass nor upgraded to it. It was definitely live gold we brought have recipt to proof thays what was brought... Brought July xbox live gold pass put it on no problems now its expired and it seems to be called xbox
    ultimate on my account history... Don't know what to do now? Please help

    Only 14 days? Halo 4 I think came with a leaflet with 14 days trial Gold. It's a better idea to include a leaflet with a Gold trial just for being a customer. Many disc games if brought new from a retailer come with a Gold trial card. They're particular
    good especially if your Xbox friends Gold memberships are about to run out I usually say Hey I got a free code.
