I broke my gamercard

As you can see my GAmercard is screw-ed. Anyway I can get a support agent to fix that for me? I did some bad things to it to screw it up this badly.

I switched my GT to Akame ga KiIl. After I did that I quickly made a new email and put on that. Once I did that my gamercard went silver and showed as having 0GS.

After that I changed to something else, thinking that my new GT would be shown on the forums. However this is not the case. Its showing as if I the tag is nolonger in use. Any possible way you guys can undo the damage Ive done, or am I stuck
like this.<p></p>

FYI: xcl.xbox.com shows Akame ga KiIl as my GT, my console does as well. Even xbox.com has Akame in the top right hand corner. Heck Trueachievements.com acknowledges the change as well. Xbox Rewards and my forum gamercard are the only two sites that shows
as .<p></p>

That is all I can think of. If you need any more information let me know. Thanks in advance.

Yup. 0 Gamerscore, rep and games played. Even your Avatar has gone AWOL

 

Hey 24, sorry to hear about the Gamercard issues! Because this sounds like more of a forum/general profile bug than anything specific to the Ambassadors program, I'm going to move your thread to the general account support forums so a support agent can take
a look.

Mike/24/Akame, you may want to try sending a PM to Cerb. It seems like he's the guy overseeing the general forums these days.

(Unless it's changed again...)

The changes really should have gone through by now but I know that when Ryan (DarkLink) changed his GT it was not displaying correctly on the forums for a long while as well, but I would guess that Cerb is the one who should be able to help you out here.
