    i was playing destiny 2 when i was gona invite a friend, but it didnt let me invite him to a game or start a party, so i restarted my cosole to see if it was a bug glitch but no it still said i had no xbox live, but the problem was when i looked att where
    you get you free gold games it said i had 12 monts live that i should have but aparently dont have.

    Just discovered that I am having the same issue. I've been an Xbox Live member for 6 years with this account and renewed my 12 month subscription about a month ago. But now my Xbox is saying that I don't have Gold.

    I have the same issue.. I bought 12 months of xbox live gold 2 months ago.. and I canceled my 1 month free trial of xbox ultimate.. when I did that it cancelled my xbox live gold, I should have 10 months of gold left over.. your saying they just steal
    my money and theres no way to just continue on gold I should have unless I buy it all over again?

    Whenever i try and eject the disc it comes out spinning.

    Cannot download from Xbox gold live. Cannot play games that require Xbox Gold Live, Ask me to buy Xbox gold live when I have a 12 Month paid subscription. Cannot enter manage membership. Cannot enter redeem code. Cannot enter Purchase history.

    It will connect to Xbox live just not Xbox Gold.

    To put it simply my Xbox 360 cannot use the 4 months of Xbox gold live I have in my account.

    When I use a PC I can enter the account and all features and it shows I have 4 months of Xbox gold live to go.

    Everything worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.

    As I mentioned Xbox support cannot fix it.
