Thank you so much for taking to time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

I would first have you confirm that you own the in-game content by reviewing your

order history.

Once you verify that the purchased content does reflect on your account, and you still do not see it in-game, I would have to recommend you to get with

Epic Games support, as Xbox Customer Support does not have the ability to manipulate any sort of in-game content or currencies.

I just did this tonight, all the same as you all say, i bought it from fortnite itself, so went into the items there and cancelled the crew pack. It didnt show on my epic games or xbox account, but login on the xbox or pc Fortnite itself, bring up the crew pack and big cancel button right there. In the game. Not Epic or Xbox sites.. From the Fortnite game itself when logged in as the user that bought it.
