    I bought xbox live it's not working


    I bought xbox live gold for myself on my phone I did everything that should've helped but it didn't I tried restarting it, removing my account off of my xbox then restarting it, then I did a full swipe restart and re added my account and STILL no xbox
    live I really dont understand why Microsoft still hasn't fixed this problem I'm literally so upset and I try to find a gate way and all of them are just closed I, it even says I have it on my xbox I cant do anything online FIX THE PROBLEM OR GIVE ME AN ACTUAL
    WAY TO FIX IT, PLEASE

    Hello I used to have this issue all the time. Whenever I would restart router and internet modem it always seems to help me out. It was like it was having a syncing issues. Make sure that the purchase of your Xbox live can be seen through your XBox account
    online too! Just double check that it went through.
