    hi I bought Xbox live through my Xbox but it isn't working. I have email confirming I bought it but still nothing. It hasn't sent me a code either. I can hear people but I can not speak to them nor can I play online.

    Xbox free 1 month trial not working?

    So I just got an xbox one and created an account.

    I then activated the 1 month free xbox live gold trial through my xbox system, and after successfully activating it through my credit card, it still shows that I do not have a gold membership.

    However, when I check on the website through my PC, it shows that I do indeed have a gold subscription active, which expires February 25, 2016.

    Any reason why it's not working? Also, how do I check my current live subscription on my xbox one. (Settings > Subscriptions, just says "Learn about Gold membership")

    I bought a 6 month subscription to Xbox live gold and it's not working. I purchased it right on my console thinking there would be no lag. When I try to start Netflix, it says that i need gold to continue?

    Payed for xbox live two times still not gold member!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I did check and i still dont have gold, and that says that i havnt bought anything. I still got two receipts through my email and one where it sais that my xbox live is silver again. I cant call support since they arnt open. THey are wasting my weekend -.-
    I even bought the live through the xbox

    yea it shall work cause i just got my XBOX 360 and i got MW3 with it but i had xbox live gold but next day i bought a new xbox live gold membership from website... still did'nt work so i just tried like 100 stuff and this was the last one and it worked but
