Hello! for problems with account loggin, internet and also Xbox Live access... (Console Power cycle)

If this is too many steps for you, just do what i do, turn it off and unplug the AC cable for 30 seconds and plug it in again, this will do the same effect than power cycle...

Try removing the account from the console and then re adding it to see it that updates it.

A 12 month sub will automatically get changed into a 4 month ultimate subscription unless you pick otherwise i believe.

As Stuart said,there's plenty of places online where you can still pick up a 12 month live sub & they're cheaper than buying directly from Microsoft the majority of the time.

I've been on xbox live since it began & only ever paid full price for a gold sub once when i first joined & even then that was for a xbox live starter kit which had a headset in it as well.

In the next couple of months you will likely be able to find xbox live (gold) subs on sale. So keep an eye out. I have not paid more than $48 (12 month sub) in the last four or five years. Once bought a couple of years at $40.
