    I bought 1 month Xbox gold and it gave me an email to confirm it. I go on my Xbox and when I want to play multiplayer on a game, it says I have to buy Xbox live again

    I bought Xbox Live for my Xbox 360 on the internet, I double checked and it says I payed for it and am gold. But when I go online to pay, it says I don't have gold. Pls I need help

    If you did buy the game, you should check your emails as I've always received an email whenever i buy anything digital on the console.
