Any chance you bought the season pass on Xbox One and then tried to transfer it to the 360? I bought it on One but now want to play with my brother on 360. I bought the 360 version of the game and assumed my season pass would carry over to the 360 but
when I downloaded it it charged me $50 again. Did you have a similar experience?

I got the AC4 Season Pass ages ago in Nov / Dec as it said it was free because I bought it on Xbox 360. The message was specific to me not a general message as it is now. It must have been since updated to say that.

Even in the link I provided it stated you needed to have both games to qualify, and although I had both games of AC4 on Xbox ONE and Xbox 360, I had not put the disc in the console let alone even play it, for the account to qualify, yet it still gave me
the Season Pass free, because I bought the season pass on Xbox 360 and played the game on Xbox 360.

At the end of the day it is not clear, and I hope they can switch the pass from 360 to Xbox ONE then, otherwise I have shafted myself through lack of clarity. If it does not qualify then they should put a message that this does not work for the Xbox 360
on Xbox ONE and does not work on Xbox ONE on the 360 version.

When they said participating titles it seems to mean blockbuster titles.

When they go make a statement that season passes will work on both consoles for Blockbuster games in 2013 and 2014, and then do not say it will not work for both in the description on titles that do not actually qualify but fill the criteria as mentioned
in that link to qualify, then they are asking for trouble.

On GAME if you click on the black Watch Dogs Season Pass link on the Xbox 360 version it gives you the pass with Xbox ONE written on it:

At the end of the day it is still not clear. I have searched the internet high and low for information whether it work on both, and everything I found suggested it would work on both, and nothing to say that it would not work on both

Will a Xbox / MS customer service agent come online in the week and be able to refund the Xbox 360 Season Pass or the Xbox ONE game or will I have to send a ticket in somewhere? I can play the Xbox 360 version without Season Pass but I do not want to play
