Discus and support I bought wrong... (Gold live / Game Pass) in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought wrong thing.     I bought wrong thing.

    I wanted to buy a Game pass but I bought a Gold live for mistake!

    and two of em are same price.

    how can i change this option without refund?

    i really mad at my self..

    please help me

    Cant download ANY content, but can buy subscription !!

    Chat didnt help... phone support escalated,didnt see anything wrong,

    waiting game to hear from them...

    last "gold pass charge" was 2/4/14, last "purchase" was 01-30-14,

    Bought gold pass this morn... posted to Visa already . ..

    It does not I click on it and I it says 24.99 for 3 months but I put money in already for that it not showing did I do something wrong or may I got game pass instead live gold
    What does it shows there under subscriptions? Gold, game pass or game pass ultimate?

    It now depends what you actually bought and what type of subscription you have.

    You say you have the Game Pass Ultimate subscription, but above you said you have bought a 1 year Xbox Live Code.

    Since Game Pass Ultimate is more expensive, a "normal" Xbox Live Gold card won't give you the full year for your Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

    For a 1 year Xbox Live Gold prepaid card you "only" get 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate.

    Hey, I've purchased xbox gamepass live, but I am not able to play Call of Duty online with it. Although on xbox's page it says I can with live gold. Can anyone Help??

    What Game Pass did you purchase? There's not one called Game Pass Live. If you bought standard Game Pass for console, it does not include Gold so you wouldn't be able to play online. You would need Gold or Game Pass Ultimate.
