I bought vbucks from the microsoft store and they aren't on my account

You must log in to the game account on the platform where you purchased the vbucks.

Sometimes this happened to me between xbox and mobile

Whenever you don't see something after you buy something. So check your purchase history. If there is nothing there is not likely to be a payment.

Have you checked your Microsoft account's order history to confirm the purchase was successful?

I don't recall V-Bucks or other forms of virtual currency being able to be purchased using your Microsoft account balance, however if you did make the purchase and you confirm it shows as completed on your purchase history, then just power cycle your Xbox.
Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

Sometimes it can take some time for the currency to appear in your in-game balance.

But after, how can i refund my money from the microsoft account.

I Bought XBOX and windows carte for my son "Marius" to put money on his microsoft account to buy Vbucks.

Now i know it's not possible to buy Vbucks for windows, from the microsoft store, how can i refund my money from microsoft account.

Because my son is very disappointed

In need of assistance, I bought V-bucks, and still did not receive anything. I bought the V-bucks via the online Microsoft store on my account that is linked with my epic games account, I'm using a PC to play Fortnite(I DON'T HAVE A XBOX). how can I resolve the problem?

As far as i am aware if you are using a PC to play fortnite then you needed to purchase the vbucks from the epic games store and not the Microsoft store.

Vbucks purchased from the Microsoft store would only be good for fornite on Xbox. Someone can correct me if im wrong about this.
