Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We recommend first check the purchase, as if you didn't buy a code the V-bucks will be on the account itself. As long as it is the same account as your Fortnite account you should be good.

I just bought V Bucks for Fort Nite and the purchase went through and the funds were taken off my gift card but I didnt get my V Bucks!!!

Hello again, as I understand it, if you bought the V-bucks on the Microsoft account but the account is not linked to any Epic account, if so, you can try to request a refund of the V-Bucks.
