Discus and support i bought v bucks from Microsoft store in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I bought v bucks from the Microsoft store on PC and do not know how to redeem them.     I bought v bucks from the Microsoft store on PC and do not know how to redeem them. I got 1 email which was a receipt, nothing else, no instructions.

    Hi,

    V-bucks appear in-game when the purchase is made, if not quit the game and re-launch then check your v-buck balance.

    It can take a while for the amount to update, you can try doing this

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help with the issue, it looks like you bought some V-bucks on your Microsoft account and are wondering how to redeem them on your account. With this specific issue I recommend

    Power Cycling     your Xbox One. Another troubleshooting step to do to make sure we get this issue resolved is to remove and re-add your profile back to the console. If the V-bucks still don't appear on your account, then I recommend contacting

    Epic Games     for further support. I hope this information was helpful in resolving the issue.

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue with receiving V-Bucks bought from the Fortnite store.

    If you bought V-Bucks from the in game store on your Xbox, then more than likely you purchased it from the Microsoft Store using your account credit, although it is Epic Games responsibility to distribute your V-Bucks into your in-game wallet.

    Have you checked your order history to see if the transaction was completed?

    Hi there!

    V-bucks bought from the Microsoft Store only applies to Fortnite on the Xbox One and not on PC. The PC title is not available on the Microsoft Store, therefore V-bucks will not be applied to your Fortnite account via Xbox Live on the PC. You will have to
    download the PC client from Epic Games website and then buy V-bucks from within the in-game store and it's bought directly from your EPIC account, not your Xbox Live account.

    The Battle Pass will cost around $10 worth of V Bucks and has to be bought in game. You can get the V Bucks in game or from the MS/XBox store online.
