I bought v-bucks for my son's pc but they never showed up.

Also, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if the transaction is "completed"?

Just a friendly reminder though that the v-bucks on Microsoft Store is for Xbox console. You may need to launch the game on the Xbox console first for the currency to sync to the epic games account if ever you're playing the game on PC as well.

Did you buy the V-bucks on PC version of Fortnite or Xbox?

If you we logged into Fortnite on PC, you have to wait a few seconds before the V-Bucks show up. The V-bucks transfer from PC to Xbox after you bought them and they were accredited to your Epic account. If they don't show up you need to contact Epic games
to review your purchase history. If you bought it on Xbox you can do that at account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > purchase history

Kindly confirm if the Microsoft credits are showing up under your son's account by signing in to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > payment option.

If it shows up under your son's account, try to purchase V-bucks in the Microsoft Xbox Store via web browser online using a PC/laptop to see if the purchase will work. Make sure that the store region should be the same as your son's account.

My son attempted to get 1000 v bucks if he subscribed to a gold membership, he upgraded through the offer and got 0 v bucks what's going on I require 1000 v bucks or a full refund, how do I get this?
