I bought V-Bucks but didn't recieve them

Discus and support I bought V-Bucks but didn't recieve them in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought 6500 (+1500) V-Bucks for Fortnite in the Microsoft Store (On my PC) and i didn't recieve them....     I bought V-Bucks but didn't recieve them


    I bought 6500 (+1500) V-Bucks for Fortnite in the Microsoft Store (On my PC) and i didn't recieve them.... I've linked my Xbox Account to Epic Games and I think I will recieve them on PC too beacause if i buy on PC i recieve them on Xbox too... I don't
    have Xbox gold so i can't sign in in Fortnite on Xbox...

    I bought V-Bucks in Fortnite and it took the money out of my account, but I didn't receive the V-Bucks. Anyone else having a similar issue with Fortnite or buying anything in general?

    Sorry to hear it. It can take some time for the bucks to populate your account. If you haven't received them within 24 hours then contact Epic Games or phone support for more assistance

    That really sucks man, if they v-bucks aren’t there within a few hours i’d say make sure you bought them on the same microsoft account as the account you use on your Xbox.

    That really sucks man, if they v-bucks aren’t there within a few hours i’d say make sure you bought them on the same microsoft account as the account you use on your Xbox.
