I bought Titanfall 2 ultimate edition and now I can't download it.

Please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and use the filters on the page to search all your purchases. Once it loads keep scrolling down till you find the purchase. Please give the page time to load when you reach the bottom. You can use the CTRL+F function to search the page for the game title.

If you do not see it there then the game may have been purchased on a different account and then game shared to you

Thank you all for the answers. I bought the division 2 ultimate edition on a secondary account, now I can't play the season pass and all the contents of the ultimate edition on my primary account. at least can you pass the license of a single game? if
not, I'm forced to buy back the game again, which cost me so much.

i preordered FFXV, dead rising 4, and titanfall 2 got the punches for FFXV and titanfall but it doesnt even show that i preordered dead rising 4 yet i have the preordered stamp on titanfall,FFXV,and skyrim yet i didnt even preorder skyrim i bought it about
2 weeks after release. Another thing is before i bought DR4 it said i needed to spend $71 to reach VIP 4 and i bought deluxe edition of DR4 for $80 now it shows i still need to spend $63 though
