I bought Tiny Tina's wonderlands but it's not showing up in my purchased games

I've always been a huge fan of Borderlands played them all I was very excited to play Tiny Tina's Wonderlands so I purchased it and the chaotic great Edition the day it was available for purchase when I went to go download it on release day it said that the download was unavailable and I no longer have the game in my purchased games. It was $133 and it's gone! Where is my game???

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

We need to check and validate the status of your order. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your order for the game. The status should be “completed”.

If the status shows completed simply remove and re-add your account then check on your Xbox again.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

When I scroll down to the Section "Included In" I see Tiny Tina's Wonderlands for Xbox Series X|S but its just a trailer. There is no option to install from this point. Okay I think I figured out the issue. I assumed purchasing the $59.99 version would allow an auto upgrade to the xbox series x|s version. This does not appear to be the case. I now see the option to purchase the $69.99 Next Level Edition. It appears I purchased the wrong version. Is there a way to request a refund?

alright if thats the thing then if i buy it thru the console it doesnt show if it is or isnt tho its just showing that its optimized for both of the 2 games im wanting to gift them are borderlands 3 and tiny tina's wonderlands

I have tried the above link and when I go to purchase it still does not provide me with the option of using my Microsoft account balance as a payment option.

I am trying to purchase the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands game on the Xbox Black Friday sales on the Xbox store, but this does not work both online and through the Xbox
