I bought this game but i want a refund for it. It isn't working on my xbox

Dude it does the same for me! i just bought it today and its doing that crap. i want a refund cause this isn't fair.

my issue is that the option to refund a request isn't there in the first place.

after i clicked cancel on the game I'm wanting to refund, it isn't in my order history anymore but i still paid for it and haven't got the money back

If yes, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

Sign in to the Request an Xbox refund page with your Microsoft account. Be sure to sign in from the account used to make the purchase. If you have multiple accounts,
you can check the purchase history on each to find the charge and order number.
