i bought the xbox one x Tomb Raider Bundle

when i install shadow of the tomb raider and try to launch game it says i cant i have to wait for release of the game says its not out yet

Shadow of the Tomb Raider issue

I recently bought an xbox one x and tomb raider bundle, i used the code today 10/16/18 to download the game and when it was finished for some reason it still says that the game is pre ordered. the release of shadow of the tomb raider was over a month
ago. Not sure why this is happening but any help would be appreciated

I bought the Xbox one x Tomb raider bundle today and have this same issue... unacceptable that I have paid 450 pounds and specifically selected this bundle to find out it is unplayable. Where do I stand in terms of a refund as I have already redeemed this
code? Mis sold and decieved.

 

I go this same thing, I cannot play game. When I check my bill on my xbox account game was displayed witch release date on 11.1.2019!

 

try contacting xbox support about it if you dont get the thing you need on here

Hi Guys !

This is a known issue with new console bundles that come with Shadow of the tomb raider. Currently the code is redeemable, but the license does not activate until January of 2019. This is something that we are working on internally
and should be fixed soon. Although, there is no estimated time frame on that.
