    I just bought a 12 month live membership, when I go to redeem the code it acknowledges what I bought but doesn't let me redeem it and keeps giving me this error code.

    I do not currently have an Xbox Live Gold subscription active but the code I bought to redeem for my gamepass was bought from https://www.cdkeys.com/ in Ireland.

    just like that i bought the game tomb raider and along with that i got a free xbox 14 day gold trial pack.

    i entered the code in the redeem code option and it accepted but now i cannot dowmload the free gold games and then i noticed that my status was not yet gold. what to do????

    yes I was using gold on my only account it just disappeared and was trying to invite me to get gold when I already bought a 12 month membership redeemed just weeks ago. I put my 14 day trial that came my Xbox one s bundle in code to see if it would do and
    it let me do it as if I don’t already have a membership please fix this I payed 60 dollars for my 12 month membership
