    I bought the wrong version of Horizon 4


    I was watching Monday Night Football at the same time I was purchasing Horizon 4 and purchased the Deluxe Edition instead of the Ultimate Edition. I've been a long time Forza customer, having bought all of the Forza titles since Forza 2, including all of
    the Horizons, all of the DLC, VIP, etc. I normally buy the Ultimate edition, but I was just distracted and didn't realize until I had loaded up the game this morning (after an all-night download) and realized I wasn't getting the normal 2x credits for winning
    races.

    I'll like to either upgrade to the Ultimate or substitute (refund for Deluxe, then purchase Ultimate) so that I can get the benefits of VIP, Car Pass, etc.

    Is this possible?

    I bought the game forza HORIZON 4, the game starts and throws it onto the work table without any error.

    Hi, I'd try the refund option first, and to do so, I'd contact a billing agent at the main contact site for Official Xbox Support to determine if a refund is possible in your circumstance. You can contact Xbox Support at the following link: Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If that's not possible for some reason, it does look like there is an Ultimate Add-Ons bundle for the game featuring the features you mention above, plus the expansions and a couple car packs.     follow what the previous ambassador said. I would defninitly talk with a live person. During the refund process you may only have to pay the difference.
