Yes so I bought the gamepass for 5.90 Turkish lira and then It did came out with processor declined error then I created new acc for try to buy again and did same error but then after I check my card wallet MY MONEY GONE IT TOOK IT. WHY WHAT I HAVE TO DO
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

I bought xbox live gold for a year and got a 1 month xbox game pass ultimate gift card from a friend and i converted my gold to the game pass ultimate but i only got a month not the 12 months i payed for in gold so i basically wasted my money.

The problem is, it does not show up in the items bought or on my library, yet it has been taking money from my card. It didn’t work.

i pre ordered dying light ultimate edition but when it got released i check xbox store it shows me i still have to buy ultimate edition and that i have dying light the normal edition bought and installed , i checked the payment billing from my email and
told me i bought the ultimate edition. And i still didnt get the add ons, but i got the season pass
