I bought the Ultimate Collection, but how do I get the rest of the Gears of War games?

Hello, I realize this is probably an annoying question but I can't find the answer anywhere on the web.

I bought Gears Of War Ultimate Edition (& played it online before December 2015) and I now own Gears of War 4 as well. However, I cannot figure out where to download Gears of War 2, 3, or Judgement anywhere.

Online I see all the excited announcement blogs, but on the Store, the dashboard, the game pages, I have no way to add the games to my library and I can’t find any instructions anywhere either.

Are the games not done being remastered yet? They were supposed to be done last fall from what I read.

Gears of war collection

I had bought the limited edition 2TB Xbox one slim which came with a digital code for gears 4 but not the rest of the collection even though it's the ultimate edition that comes with the season pass

Upon purchasing Gears of War 4 before December 31, 2016, you are eligible to get the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One which includes Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3, and Gears of War: Judgement. Tokens for download will
be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system on your Xbox One, within one month of purchase or redemption.

I just preordered Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition, And saw I would get the whole gears of war collection, How come? can anyone help me out please, cause one of the main reasons I preordered it was because of getting the older games aswell!

The case is, I bought the Gears of War ultimate edition Xbox Bundle, on the games website it says that I would have total access to the Gears of War collection for The 360. I couldn't find the games anywhere on my Xbox one, I already finished the Ultimate
edition, and I would like to play the 360 Gears. Support told me I need To be in invited to be able to play those games. Is that really necessary? if the amount of invites is limited why Microsoft is selling these bundles? Here's the page of the game:
