I bought the Standard game pass and it ended a day early which is very frustrating.

I purchased the month of Standard gamepass and was playing games with my friends today when randomly my game stopped working, after a quick reset of my console I came to realize my gamepass was out but it was a whole day early.

I get payed wensday (tomorrow) and I purchase it on the day I get paid because that's when it's convenient... however for the first time unbeknownst to me it ended a whole day early, I don't have the money to renew my subscription untill tomorrow which completely ruined my small amount leasure time today and I won't be able to play for another 2 days even after my subscription is renewed. The only awnsers I could find on Google is that I'm I'm a different timezone but the Microsoft headquarters is 2 hours behind me so unless you guys are a whole day ahead I don't see any reason for that excuse

Hello and welcome to the Xbox Community! Just a heads-up, we’re users like you, so we don’t have access to account details or anything like that.

Did you check your billing history on account.microsoft.com?

Sometimes the original charge happens later in the day (like after 6 PM local time).

From what I’ve seen, the system always uses UTC cutoffs no matter where you are, and manual renewals don’t add any extra time. So if your plan expired at 12:01 AM UTC, it’s expired, no matter your timezone.

I believe the game pass version of the game is the standard edition, this edition doesn't the early access.

For early access you need to buy the "Ultimate" version.

As stated by the xbox team at E3, Forza Horizon will be playable for game pass subscribers at launch day.

Yes, End it says if you buy the ultimate version you get early release, which was the only reason that I purchased the game for $100 instead of the Standard package
