i bought the season car pass and it didnt give me all the dlcs properly

hi, im and im from mexico, so here is the problem, i just bought the season car pass, but there is a big problem, there are two dlcs that the car pass didnt give correctly, the first one is the alpine car pack, and the second one is the smoking tire
car pack, the problem is that while i do have the cars ingame, the game is still charging me credits for the cars, and that shouldnt happen because in the other four dlcs they give the car for free in the first buy, and the other problem is that in the xbox
store it doenst appears like i owned those 2 dlcs, the store is still charging me money for them, and they dont appear in the manage game section either, so i would like to know if there is a way to get these 2 dlcs without paying for them because already
have the car pass, or i cant do anything about it and have to buy the cars in game even though i shouldnt because there should be free.

For some reason when I download the season pass then try to play the game it won't let me play the dlcs it says I haven't bought the season pass at all, so I need some help here thanks.

I have done everything you told me to do in your reply but nothing really worked for me, so im going to answer the question you are asking and see if theres a way for you to help, so here are the answers:

1.yes this is the only game affected by this issue

2. there is no message, the only thing is that is charging me for the 2 dlcs that i mentioned, it is like i dont have them and i have tu buy them, even though i have the car pass.

3. yes im using the same microsoft account with my xbox profile and in-game account.

Thanks again for replying, i already unisntall and install the game and it didnt work at all so i guess im gonna have to contact support when i have time so they can help me get the dlcs that the season pass didnt give me.

Got the same Problem and the Chat/Telephone Support says all time I have to talk with the Support here.....

And they tried to explain me 15 times that the Smoking Tire Package is not in Germany available.
