That's odd that you're not able to select them. If you check under storage, do you see the content as being installed? If not, are you able to search in the store and re-download them?

Print labels must be printed by you

If you are using chrome or safari thats the issue

You MUST use firefox or edge as they are more compatuble with most websites

I am 100% sure on both of these responses.

If you already sent the controller you can track the package using the carrier website (UPS, fedex, etc) and the number that appears in the shipping label received in your email address (the one that you print and put in the package)

like ive said on 20 of these threads. When you print out a overnight label it Generates a code and an ETA, under the assumption that the person will mail the package that same day. if MS does ship it until thursday, the ETA will continue to message you
with a new updated time.
