I bought the games, but they are not added to the library!

Hello, a few minutes ago I bought Far Cry 5 and two DLC for the game Kingdom Come. The money from the debit card was debited, but the order was not issued and the games in the library did not appear, what should I do?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to confirm the purchase went through.

if that shows the purchase but it is still not showing in ready to install or isn't showing as owned in the Xbox store then you will need to contact support.

Select See other options

Select How to protect my account

If you bought it through Microsoft store you should not get a cod.Unless the game is a gift, it will just be added to your library.

Have you checked your library Göksel ?

The first download title I bought (worth it even at full price). It's a fun little game and well worth adding to your library. Great to see games being offered at a discount just two months in. Keep 'em coming!
