I bought the game Rainbow Six Siege Complete Edition and from time to time the game has appeared as Standard Version. I paid a more expensive value just to have access to all future dlc of the game and this is happening to me, how
to proceed?

I bought "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege", if i buy "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Complete Edition" I have a discount? Because its a intersection package and the Complete Edition have some packages exclusive for "Complete Edition".

Even though you bought the complete edition it may show only as standard when looking at it in the store. You'll need to highlight the game from your dashboard and press the start (menu) button then select manage game. From there you can go to the ready
to install list to see any content that is available for install
