I bought the game, but did not see that it was on the Xbox, Help with a refund

I was on the Xbox one when I bought the battlefield 2042, and did not see a bundle for cross gen.

Wheb Upgrading so a Series S and after playing it, Isoon realise there was a other bundle.

Did you have the same issue, and im still waiting on a refund its been more then 72 hours and nothing has changed. And I cant give another refund request on that game.

I called xbox. They told me they are working on the problem 800700E8. Also, I went to Gamestop & Bought the game. I am down loading the Compatibility 3 now. They did refund my money. I hope this helps.
