    So I bought the season three pass for call of duty right and got charged but never actually received it. I can’t claim anything I can’t really do anything except for get the free items so I’ve tried restarting the game. I’ve tried unplugging my Xbox and I’ve also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling the game, but nothing so now I’m just confused on what to actually do

    Did you just recently purchase it? Please confirm from your account order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if the order says completed.

    If it's not more than 24 hours since you purchased it, please wait a little bit more.

    Make sure as well to install all items from:
    In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).
    Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
    Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.
    Select Install, to confirm the installation.
